Pausa Barista Shop nació del amor por el café y la cocina tradicional puertorriqueña. Lo que comenzó como una acogedora cafetería en la Ruta 417 en Aguada, ofreciendo un café excepcional y sabores criollos auténticos, se ha transformado en un punto de encuentro para los amantes del café y ahora, un referente para los baristas que buscan llevar su oficio al siguiente nivel.

Driven by the desire to continue serving the coffee community in the western region of Puerto Rico, Pausa is proud to present its new division: Pausa Barista Shop. Inspired by the resilience that emerged after Hurricane María and recognizing the growing demand for high-quality materials for baristas in the area, Joselito and Jared, the founders of Pausa, decided to embark on this new adventure.
